The Role
A well-capitalised AI software business — whose platform is already in active use across some of the world's leading asset managers, private credit funds and institutional banks — is making its first senior commercial hire in the US. This is a genuinely entrepreneurial brief: you will own the full enterprise sales motion from scratch, working directly with the CEO, with no inherited territory and no playbook to hand.
You will be responsible for generating net new pipeline, managing senior stakeholder relationships and closing large, multi-year deals. The role carries real equity and an uncapped commission structure. Key Requirements
• 5–10 years of experience spanning institutional finance and enterprise commercial or business development roles
• Direct, hands-on knowledge of asset management, private equity or private credit workflows — not just financial services in general
• Demonstrable track record of generating and closing net new enterprise business, not solely account management or renewals
• Executive presence and credibility to lead senior-level deal conversations with CIOs, COOs and Heads of Credit without a technical co-presenter
• Comfortable working hybrid three days per week from New York (London considered for exceptional candidates)
• Degree educated in Finance, Economics, Business or a related quantitative discipline preferred
On offer is a salary of $150,000-$200,000 base, double ote
