Description:
Are you a hands-on demand generation marketer who thrives on building things from scratch? We're looking for a Demand Generation Lead to join a fast-growing, VC-backed B2B SaaS company at the intersection of agentic AI and institutional finance — a category-defining space with serious momentum.
This is a rare opportunity to own the entire demand engine as a senior individual contributor, with full autonomy over strategy and execution.

The Role
You'll build our B2B demand generation function from the ground up — owning paid search, paid social (LinkedIn Ads), marketing automation, event marketing, and pipeline reporting. No hand-holding, no committee. Just you, a clear mandate, and the tools to make it happen.
What you'll own:

Design and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns targeting a niche audience of senior financial executives (CIOs, CFOs, Heads of Credit, Portfolio Managers)
Build and optimise LinkedIn Ads and paid search campaigns — from targeting and creative to budget allocation and ongoing A/B testing
Develop our HubSpot marketing automation infrastructure, including lead scoring models, nurture sequences, and sales handoff workflows
Drive our event marketing strategy, building programmatic approaches to activate attendee lists and convert interest into qualified pipeline
Own campaign performance reporting — qualified pipeline, conversion rates, CPL, and channel ROI — and use data to make the case for what to scale


What We're Looking For

3–5 years of B2B demand generation experience, ideally in SaaS or technology businesses
Proven track record running paid search (Google Ads) and paid social (LinkedIn Campaign Manager) campaigns with measurable pipeline results
Hands-on experience with HubSpot — building workflows, lead scoring, and reporting dashboards
Comfort working in a niche, high-value market where audience precision matters more than volume
A bias for action — you run lean experiments, learn fast, and scale what works
Experience in or strong exposure to financial services or fintech is a plus
Familiarity with AI, automation, or enterprise SaaS products is advantageous
